Come Alive Social Day Care Program
The JCC provides a social day care program called “Come Alive”, Mondays and Thursdays, 10:00am–1:30pm at Congregation Sons of Israel in Woodmere for persons with dementia and other impairments. Come Alive provides an opportunity for homebound older adults to participate in social, recreational and intellectual activities in a bi-weekly structured program. Kosher lunch will be provided and door-to-door handicap accessible transportation is available on a limited basis. Your loved one can socialize in a supervised and stimulating environment. Arrangements can be made for people with long term care through Medicaid.
Transportation is available but limited. Pre-registration required.
