For health and well-being many people are attempting to free themselves of some part of their diet. Carb-free, fat-free, sugar-free… but hopefully not taste-free! This series will be dedicated to accommodating special diets with delicious recipes and techniques.

Wednesdays, 9:30 am – 12:30 pm

November 16 – Gluten Free

Baking and cooking without wheat, barley, spelt, oats or rye can be challenging, even for the most seasoned cooks. We’ll give you the tips you need to do it right and provide a guide to gluten-free products.

December 14 – Sugar Free

Whether for health or weight reasons many people are looking to omit or replace their sugar. This class will discuss and demonstrate healthy alternatives.

January 11 – White Free

Many health gurus have identified refined white flour, sugar and potatoes as inflammatory ingredients linked with weight gain and lethargy. This class will focus on whole foods eating and shifting your dietary patterns.

$165 for the series – $60 per class.
