Community Helpline Training Course

The Marion & Aaron Gural JCC, together with the Jewish Women’s Leadership Council (JWLC) and UJA Federation, is creating a 24/6 community helpline for anyone who needs to reach out. We are training professionals as well as lay volunteers to man the helpline in two hour shifts, to be a compassionate, listening ear, a broad shoulder to lean on and a link to getting callers who need it, concrete assistance. We need many volunteers and hope to set the helpline up as quickly as possible. If you want to be a part of this important initiative and can join our training on Monday October 30th at 7:00 pm, please fill out the form.
