Teens in Action Corps joins high school students from all over the community in a safe and fun environment. Through team building, volunteer opportunities and community service projects students will increase their leadership skills and develop the ability to impact their community in a positive way.

Teens in Action Corps meets two Monday evenings per month. There is no fee for this program. Participating students can be eligible for community service and chessed hours. We look forward to having you join us as together we make a positive impact on our community.

CLASSP – CONSORTIA FOR LEARNING AND SERVICE TO SPECIAL POPULATIONS

CLASSP is a unique opportunity offered by The Marion & Aaron Gural JCC in collaboration with the JCCs on Long Island and Ramapo for Children. Through this program, teens receive training in working with people with special needs. They can earn college credit by attending a monthly seminar and volunteering to provide services and mentoring students with special needs. Students selected to participate in the CLASSP program will also intern at the JCC , assisting with our programs for the special needs community. A small stipend is included for the internship. Applicants must be high-school students aged 15 and over. Applications for the fall semester will be accepted beginning in July.
