Magdalina Gofman, MSPt, owner of First Ray Physical Therapy and Pilates Studio (Lynbrook) is a dedicated physical therapist and comprehensively certified Pilates instructor with decades of experience helping people move and feel better. Postpartum Pilates was a very meaningful part of her own recovery after having her 2 daughters. She now wants to share the benefits with other new moms.
